To be completely honest, I’m not sure what they meant by “Wet/Dry Definer,” but this much I do know: this brush is wonderful for applying cream concealer for spot concealing. It is neither too rigid, nor too soft, but just perfect for applying and blending precise areas.

This brush is really nice; being a makeup artist I have used alot of brushes that are more expensive. This brush is very affordable and would recommend it to friends and my clients.
