Love the angle of the brush! I wish the bristles were a bit stiffer to better remove the mascara clumps. Maybe the mascara manufacturers can use this concept to redesign the it brushes!

Amazing customer service.
My first brush arrived broken and once notified, I was immediately shipped a replacement. The new brush just arrived today so I have only applied mascara once but it seems to a fantastic job of separating and covering each lower lash.
