Sun-Kissed Without the Sun – Bronzing Tips for Spring

If you’ve been following along with our spring series, you’ve built a fresh, glowy face—brows, blush, eyes, lips, the whole vibe. Now, let’s add just a hint of sunshine.

Bronzer is your best friend when it comes to warming up the skin and adding a little dimension. The key is placement, tone, and of course, blending it like it’s part of you (not sitting on top).

The Trick: Warmth + Subtle Sculpting

Choose Your Shade:

  • Look for bronzers that are 1–2 shades warmer than your natural tone—go for soft golden, warm beige, or even a muted terracotta depending on your undertone.

Pick Your Placement:

  • Sweep bronzer along your temples, hairline, and cheekbones in a gentle “3” motion down to your jawline.

  • Add a light dusting across the bridge of your nose for that just-outside glow.

The Key Step: Use a fluffy bronzer brush like the 996 for an all-over wash or a slightly more tapered one like the 944 or 942 to build shape. Focus on soft, circular blending motions—no harsh stripes here!

Why It Works: Bronzer gives your face that natural, sun-touched look—like you just came back from a walk, not a beach vacation. It’s sculpting without contouring and warmth without weight.
