How to use Foundation

Today, we'd like to talk about how to use foundation to achieve an even complexion with minimal effort.

Our first tip is straightforward: less is more! Applying too much foundation can result in a cakey, unnatural finish, as well as highlighting problem areas such as fine lines and wrinkles. Instead, begin with a small amount of foundation and gradually increase coverage as needed.

The best way to conceal problem areas like blemishes, dark circles, and redness is to use a color-correcting concealer. Select a color that complements your skin tone and addresses your specific issue (green for redness, peach for dark circles, etc.). Then, using a small, precise brush, such as our 936 Concealer Brush, target those areas and blend them into your foundation seamlessly.

Always use circular motions and light pressure to blend your foundation and concealer. This will help to ensure a natural, even finish and avoid any harsh lines or demarcations. Don't forget to set your foundation with a setting powder or spray. This will help to keep your makeup in place and prevent it from creasing or rubbing off throughout the day.
